Absolutely. If you cancel with sufficient notice, your class credit can be rolled over to the following week.

Just yourself, bringing your own mat is optional, and can provide extra support, your water bottle, and a towel if you like. All other equipment will be provided.

Comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended but not required.

Not at all. Classes are beginner-friendly and all movements are explained clearly with options provided. Whether it’s your first class or you’re returning to Pilates, you’ll feel supported.
