With two years of experience teaching Pilates across various gyms, she’s spent time learning what truly makes people feel strong, safe, and supported in movement. While teaching in other spaces, there was always a quiet pull toward creating something of her own — something more personal, more grounding, and more intentional.
She knew she wanted something different: a space where women could move without pressure, tune into their bodies, and leave feeling lighter, stronger, and genuinely proud what they’ve achieved — both physically and mentally.
Driven by a deep love for movement and meaningful connection, she committed herself to comprehensive Pilates training and ongoing learning, always seeking ways to support mental health alongside physical strength. From that vision came Stretch & Strengthen Pilates — a space rooted in self-love, presence, and empowerment, where growth is nurtured in mind and body alike.
Her mission is simple: to create a safe, welcoming fitness space for women in Western Sydney, where movement feels supportive rather than intimidating, with mental wellbeing and a growth mindset at the heart of every session.
